My spine and body are curved and weathered, yet I thrive and move in a way that is uniquely me, much like a tree that has been affected by the weather and elements around and within it. Yet stands proudly, displaying all its majesty. Inspired by nature and the heart roots of an ancient oak, this solo examines how I move from my spine, my heart root. It shapes and nurtures me. Grows and moves me.
